I have it set to pop up with a keyboard extension. I can be a silly weirdo on my desktop now, too.

**Update: in the addon you can find only UNICODE approved emojis https://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html, so your linked emoji is not part of those standard and I cannot add it, I'm so sorry
