Offlyn Apply is a privacy-first job application assistant that lives entirely in your browser. Your data never leaves your machine — all AI runs locally via Ollama.

Auto-Fill Applications

Detects job application forms on 50+ ATS platforms — Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, iCIMS, BambooHR, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, and more. Fills every field in one click using your saved profile. Smart field trust tiers ensure only real application fields are touched — cookie banners, chat widgets, and vendor search panels are silently skipped.

AI Cover Letters

Generates a tailored cover letter for each role using your resume context and the job description. No copy-paste, no templates. Runs on your local Ollama instance — no API keys, no subscriptions.

Graph Memory & Learning

Builds a local knowledge graph from your answers over time. Learns which answer you preferred for each type of question — work authorisation, salary, preferred location — and improves with every correction you make.

Application Tracker

Every application you submit is automatically logged with job title, company, and date. Confirmation pages and duplicate entries are deduplicated so your tracker stays clean.

Resume Chat

Ask questions about your own resume in plain English. Powered by local RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) — nothing leaves your device.

Data Explorer

A built-in graph explorer lets you visualise everything the extension has learned: profile nodes, answer relationships, corrections, and canonical field mappings — with Overview, Focus, and Advanced view modes.
