What we process
- Public information of the current Bilibili video (title, BV/AV, part, uploader name)
- Subtitle tracks and subtitle text that the video already provides
- Local export preferences such as format and filename template

How data is handled
- Extracting, cleaning, searching, copying, and exporting happen only in the local browser
- We do not upload subtitle text, video content, or browsing history to developer servers
- The add-on may read a public config endpoint for announcements, collaboration text, and a rating switch. That endpoint never receives subtitle text
- There is no account system and no cloud sync

Why permissions are needed
- storage: remember export preferences and local rating state
- downloads: save TXT / SRT / Markdown after the user clicks Export
- clipboardWrite: copy subtitle text in the workspace
- bilibili.com, api.bilibili.com, and hdslb.com: identify the current video and read publicly available subtitles
- config host: announcements and rating switch only
