Show total price (base + taxes) and filter by total price and review count on booking.com.

About this extension

Basically it enhances the booking.com filtering.

It provides 2 functionalities:
1) calculates the total so it's very obvious how much you will pay with taxes included.
2) add filters on minimum reviews and total amount that was calculated
