Privacy Policy - Booru Bookmark Last updated: 06/22/2026
Booru Bookmark does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any user data.
**What the extension stores: ** When you bookmark an image thumbnail, the extension saves the post's identifier and the listing page it appeared on. This information is stored locally on your own device using the browser's built-in storage (chrome.storage.local). It never leaves your computer and is never sent to the developer or any third party.
**Network requests: ** To locate a bookmarked image after it has moved to a different page of a booru's index, the extension may request other pages of the same booru site you are already browsing and read their existing content to find the post. These requests go only to that booru. No data about you is included in or collected from these requests.
**No tracking or analytics: ** The extension contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no remote code. It does not record your browsing history or activity. Data removal. Because all data is stored locally, you can remove it at any time by clearing the extension's bookmarks (via its popup) or by uninstalling the extension. Contact.
