close-duplicate-tabs - adds a toolbar button/shortcut that shows the number of duplicate tabs and clicking it allows to quickly close them

click the toolbar button or use the shortcut to close the duplicate tabs

REQUIRED PERMISSIONS

• tabs: used to access tab properties and hook into tab event
• cookies: used to read the tab containerId property (container <=> cookieStore)
• storage: used to to store the the keepByCreated setting
• menus: used to add the context menu to toggle the keepByCreaed setting
