- added independent Timestamp and Chapter controls for each timestamped comment
- comments can be assigned to either mode or both
- existing saved timestamps remain compatible and migrate automatically
- added rounded chapter sections to the YouTube seek bar

- chapter markers take visual priority when sharing a timestamp, while timestamp overlays still appear

- saved mode selections now remain selected after YouTube lazy-loads comments while scrolling
- added fallback identity matching for comments whose DOM IDs change
- removed the always-running 100ms playback polling loop
- playback updates now follow media events such as play, seek, metadata, and time updates
- overlay timers only run while active overlays require countdown updates
- cached seek-bar elements to reduce repeated DOM queries
- removed the periodic URL polling fallback
