Works fine once you've updated to 24.1. I had the same 0byte download prob for awhile. Check your version in extension management. Go to his site for the upgrade. It's not obvious when it's done so test by going to utube and do a download and/or ck the version # again in your extension mgmt. It's a constant back and forth between him and the giant so show support once you do get it working again. It's a great tool but there will always be down timtimes while he figures out how to get around the latest changes on their side. Be patient
