This used to be the BEST addon for youtube vids!
However, a few days ago, it just stopped working.
At first, I get a message that there was a temporary problem and it would be a couple of days to clear it up, but it's been more than that and no download and no explanation....
I'm so disappointed!

Also, why do you need added permissions to read ALL my tabs? - No way!

Have to pay now to download 720p videos or higher quality. And why does the extention ask for access to your data on all websites when you only have to use it on youtube?

I can no longer download videos in 720p let alone 1080p. I'm stuck with 360p if i don't want to pay.

Hasn't supported 1080p for years and I guess now doesn't support 720 even.

I have been using this extension for a long time and it works really well. And the customer service team is extremely helpful if you need help.

Disihita and Deepesh continue to excel at what they do... I've been using this extension for so many years and it has always been excellent. When YouTube changes things up, it doesn't take long and things are working again. But the best part is that they are RESPONSIVE... they actually write emails back when you write to them... not some cut and paste... but real communication... SUPPORT THEM... I do, I have, multiple times over the years!
