It simply works and works well. I think the reason for some negative reviews is based on the fact that Youtube is constantly changing so suddenly the downloader either won't work or has issues. Once an update patch is applied all is well again.

This add on is easy to use and works like a charm. I've seen the evolution of this type of software and it's better now than ever. Easy Youtube gives you good options and the interface is so simple that it literally couldn't be easier. They named it perfectly.

Just doesn't seem to work with FireFox 58.0.2 64 bit under Linux Mint 18 w/ Cinnamon desktop. Scanned for support but found no immediately useful help - only submit a form and wait for a reply. I am out.

Works really well and is simple and clear to use. Developer updates this regularly. Very pleased.

The upgraded version works but the licensing process is garbage. You get a PayPal receipt that does not include any licensing info and that's followed by a sketchy one that will likely go to your spam folder. If you use outlook.com it will refuse to stay in your Inbox and eventually you'll empty your spam folder, forgetting about the email. You're going to need the email because the extension will downgrade itself to the free version and the only support the developer will offer is to give him another donation and try to save the email this time. Shame on me for trying to circumvent YouTube's usage restrictions, shame on the developer for a poor licensing process (I'll assume that the downgrade is accidental and not an attempt to milk donations).

Excellent tool which is is updated often.... Author is responsive to changes Youtube is always making.

Time has proven this to be the very best there is for what it does!

Simply doesn't work! I have installed it on Firefox for macOS, restarted my browser and there is no sign of this download button.
