I use "Cookie" which is a Mac cookie manager and usually use it to wipe everything often, so you have to suspend that in order to use this, add-on but that's ok. Sometimes I have to quit Firefox and then relaunch the link sent by email after donating, but it's worth it.

I recommend users donate and also write reviews.

Downloading 1080p videos and MP3s is now locked behind a mandatory "donation" wall.

Requires "Pro" version to download/convert to MP3

Installed it, tried to download an MP3 and says I need the pro version to actually do it...

I have tried many other free downloaders and they are mostly junk. Complicated, don't work, or may be spyware. easy-youtbe-video-downloader works consistently well. It cannot download protected videos.

Works exactly as they say it does, with high quality mp3, or alternatively download the whole video as mp4!! This app is the bomb man, resplendent job team.
