Correct my comment, not so stable, possible conflict with youtube enhancer. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13400329, 8 years agoI just wanted to stop and say the add-on is amazing you've done a very good job and I know a lot of people don't take the time to stop and say thank you so from me and my entire family who have enjoyed it would like to say thank you for your hard work and dedication to help others from your heart. May this be a fabulous New Year for you and bring you a lot of good fortune.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Joseph Short, 8 years agoThis guy doesn't tell you that you have to pay to download 1080 until you actually try. Dishonest!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13647943, 8 years agoReal Nice and unlike others had not requested that you download another program. Could not go wrong with this one in addition had not required many permissions.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Girish Sharma, 8 years agonot sure why this is a featured addon. I guess Mozilla doesn't try out the addons themselves anymore.
First off, any lower resolution video download link results in 403 Forbidden page. Downloading the MP# results in a prompt to upgrade to PRO version. In short, The only feature of this addon - download videos from youtube - does not work at all for any resolution for either video nor audio. - Rated 2 out of 5by leminsc8, 8 years agoPleas Updates for easy use on m.youtube.com
Cant audio download anymorefor over 60 Minutes vidoes - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 5667990, 8 years agoThe extension description promises downloading audio (MP3) but it's not part of the extension and needs to be paid for.
I have not tested anything else but it migh work. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13644391, 8 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Euler13, 8 years agoThis was a great add-on and still works brilliantly for 720p MP4 or less quality. But they recently changed it so that unless you're willing to pay for the PRO version, then it no longer downloads MP3 or 1080p MP4. Mozilla should separate out add-ons that everyone can use from premium service add-ons.

They really put the "ad" in add-on - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13467060, 8 years agoDoesn't let you download videos in hardly any of the available formats including MP3s when using old youtube layout. I even grabbed the older version of the add on too, guess what? Plenty of people still use the old layout.
- Rated 2 out of 5by FilmTraveler, 8 years agoDoes not make it clear enough that 1080p downloads require paid upgrade.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13635036, 8 years agoPlugin works (limited functionality without a pro account though).
Not being able to download 1080p without a pro account is a pain, but saying powerful server infrastructure is needed to convert 1080p video is utter bullshit. Pick up your game dev.
Will not be using this plugin, it is useless to me, as I'm not paying a pro account. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13634104, 8 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13633810, 8 years agoBait and switch. Plugin page states you can dload 1080p, but it doesnt mention that is only when you "upgrade to pro" until after you actually try to dload a file from youtube in 1080p.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13633316, 8 years agoJust wanted to say a big thank you to VideoDroid for making this simple Firefox (Mac) add on plug in widget thingy to save Youtube videos !
The low res version is free and great for low quality movies but if you want full HD 1080p then do donate (whatever you think) to download the add on.
Fast and efficient and most of all simple - it just adds the "Download" button to your html desktop web page !
Happy Christmas y'all ! :) - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13421452, 8 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13302109, 8 years agoHello fellows, very good add-on. Easy and simple to use even in pro version. But after the last mozillaupdate I ´ve issues I can´t solve myself. Cookie etc. all allowed. I´d done some new donations, refresh page and and and. It is not working in the pro version yet.
