- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13312722, 9 years agoI knew about that option to disable ANY auto-update for my addons. I was hoping for an option in your Downloader not to check for updates. Anyway.
Meanwhile I got another new issue. Now it's displaying that red warning about the beta layout design.
Why does it still warn me random sometimes if the new design is always off? Did Google/Youtube change something again? - Rated 5 out of 5by Dangbert, 9 years agoI have been using Easy Youtuve Downloader for years, having gone through several versions. It always works like a charm and the support is extremely good.
- Rated 5 out of 5by oldozsapper, 9 years agoI`ve used this for some years and it has always delivered the goods, and at each new version of YouTube, this tool was updated.. Highly recommended...

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13329601, 9 years agoit works but high quality mp4/mp3 is premium :(
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13042315, 9 years agoAlso, this addon will downgrade available downloadable resolutions. For example, if the video offers 720P as it's highest resolution then this addon will restrict this resolution to the paid Pro version... So it restricts the highest resolution, 1080P or not!
Other addons do 1080P 'premium' for free... Keep looking. - Rated 5 out of 5by JenT, 9 years agoI've been using this service for a few years. It is REALLY easy to download videos in a variety of formats. When YouTube changed their website, Easy YouTube Video Downloader (a one-person operation) was able to update their software within a few weeks to work with the new YouTube interface. I've had ZERO problems with this software.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Bzzz, 9 years ago"The #1 rated "Youtube Video Downloader" with 1080p Full-HD and 256Kbps MP3 download capability" - sure, if you go premium. One Star for false advertising, let's see how long you remain "#1 rated".

- Rated 1 out of 5by megaurko, 9 years agoI get: "Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 1080p/mp3 streams. Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users.
Read more at - https://videodroid.org/pro_upgrade.html" when trying to download mp3 audio track. You know what, developers?! Get a 1 star. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13326745, 9 years agoOpened up a new tab to show some notification in the middle of a video I was watching.

- Rated 5 out of 5by roscoen, 9 years agoI've used this addon with good success since discovering it a few years ago. Developer regularly updates. I'm happy to recommend it.
- Rated 3 out of 5by SpookyMulder, 9 years agoIdk how it's made and stuff, but you might as well make an option to download a video and then let the local machine separate audio stream out of it. Paying pro feature for me (as a 400$ earner) would only be useful if I would be on a limited bandwidth where I rely on your servers to do it.
- Rated 5 out of 5by hiavatch, 9 years agoGreat tool to have, updates as needed (like when youtube changes their layout, etc). Snazzy way to quickly convert a video into an mp3 which is handy for making a video into a podcast. Downloading a clip is great if you want to capture something before it gets removed/deleted.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13307082, 9 years agoI've been using EYTVDE for a few years, at first the free version, but have been a Pro user for quite some time now... and I would not use anything else! A few dollars here and there is a very small price to pay for the convenience and quality that this add on supplies. Thanks! :D For the haters, geeze, rather than moan and groan, go create your own!
