Fidelity Portfolio Enhancer by BrineAndBuild

Fidelity Portfolio Enhancer extends the Fidelity portfolio positions page with tools for investors who want more than the default view. A notes button and info button are injected next to each ticker symbol, giving you fast access to a panel with three tabs: Notes, Alerts, and Tags.

Notes
Write and save freeform notes on any holding. Notes can be scoped to a specific account, or marked as global so they appear across all accounts that hold the same symbol. Notes show relative timestamps and support inline editing and deletion.

Price Alerts
Set price-above or price-below alerts for any position. When the live price on the page crosses your threshold, the row is highlighted in your chosen color and a badge appears on the extension icon. Alerts have a full trigger history log and can be reset and reused. Multiple alerts per holding are supported.

P&L Goals
Set a total-gain percentage target for any holding. When the position's total gain exceeds your goal, the row is highlighted automatically.

Tax Lot Tracking
Record long-term and short-term share counts for each holding. The extension can also auto-extract this data when you expand the purchase history drawer on Fidelity's positions page, saving manual entry. Tax lot data appears in the Quick Info tooltip alongside alert and goal status.

Quick Info Tooltip
Hover the info button on any ticker to see a summary: how many accounts hold the symbol, share counts and average cost per account, a weighted average cost across all accounts, a warning if you hold both cash and margin lots in the same account, and current alert and goal status all without opening any panel.

Tags
Apply freeform tags to any holding and see them as colored chips directly in the positions grid. Tags autocomplete from your existing tags as you type.

Data Management
All data is stored locally in your browser and optionally synced across your devices via Firefox Sync (Mozilla's servers). The popup provides a full export to JSON (for backup and restore) or CSV (for notes), and an import tool that supports both merge and overwrite modes.

Privacy
This extension does not collect, transmit, or share any data with any server other than Firefox Sync if you have it enabled. It runs only on digital.fidelity.com. No analytics, no telemetry, no external API calls.
