About this extension
FontLane is a Firefox extension for understanding how typography is actually rendered on the current page, not how stylesheets look in source.
It samples visible text nodes, groups them by effective font stack and typographic properties, and highlights which families and combinations dominate the interface. This is useful when design systems drift over time and teams need fast evidence of inconsistent font usage.
