Add a Sort PRs setting with three choices: oldest first (the default), newest first, and title A–Z. Age is based on the PR creation date; title sorting ignores case.

Apply the chosen order across combined query results on every sync, including tabs that are already open. Preserve the selected tab and PR sub-pages such as /files. Retained tabs outside the current results appear at the end of the group.
