v1.0.7: Sign-in reliability

• Token refresh now retries transient failures (network blip, 5xx) instead of bouncing you to the sign-in screen on the first error.
• When the stored "primary account" no longer matches any signed-in Gmail account in the browser, the extension promotes the next valid account automatically — fixes the case where signing out of one Gmail account left the extension polling a phantom one.
• No new permissions.

Fixes Google sign-in on Firefox. If sign-in was failing for you in v1.0.x, this version resolves it. No new features.
