How It Works
Add the sites you want to keep in check from the extension popup.
Visit a blocked site and Mindful Browse shows a large countdown screen.
Wait it out, or spend credits to move forward.
Use Monk Mode for strict focus sessions, or Bedtime Mode when it’s late and your attention should already be offline.
Stay aware of your remaining credits and avoid turning a small slip into a debt problem.
