Complete rework of the extension.
All clocks now share a single unified list of people. Each person has a name, timezone, and configurable availability hours (default 09:00–18:00). Three display modes: People groups everyone by UTC offset with availability status dots, Timeline shows a horizontal 24-hour view with colored availability bars per group, Timezones shows every entry individually. First launch creates a default "That's me" entry using your browser's current timezone. Added offset format selector: UTC+3, GMT+3, CET/MSK/EST abbreviations, or +03:00 ISO. Added English and Russian interface languages. Light, dark, and system theme options. Daylight saving time is handled automatically everywhere.Source code released under Mozilla Public License 2.0
