by TimT, 2 years agoOnce again, an update makes this even worse. Conflicts with the standalone app, but at least the standalone USED to use Windows Hello as login option. No longer. Why they insist on fannying around and launching untested updates that make the user experience worse defeats me.
Beware!!
Update: the app now prevents log-in because it flags ITSELF as a phishing threat.
That's it. Had enough and switching to Norton. At least their products, y'know, "actually work"

It seems there might have been some confusion with the app versions. Our standalone extension does support Windows Hello as a login option, and it operates independently from the desktop app. If you’re encountering issues with this feature or if it’s not appearing as an option, we’d like to look into this.
Regarding the app flagging itself as a phishing threat, this sounds quite unusual, and we take such reports seriously. Could you provide more details about what you were doing when this happened?

- Rated 1 out of 5by WA, 7 days agoSince version 7, impossible to connect to the extension without activating browser history ! Why should I change my habits for this addon ?
I will definitely not renew after this, and neither will other members of my family.
After contacting the support in november, they were able only to suggest "activate browser history" after a few exchanges, and now after several new updates, the only change is that the error message is clear : "NordPass can't be used because your browser history is turned off". We are now in january, and there is no indication that this issue will be fixed anytime soon (or is even considered to be a real issue by the developers).
It is a shame for a long time customer to have to change, bitwarden and other competitors (that I use for work) are just better right now.
With version 6, OK, I had to check a checkbox after each connection, but at least I could connect. This version is really bad.Developer response

It keeps refreshing them and I cannot choose any other option in dropdowns on any website.
