by Snake_Wildlife, 5 years agoAfter the update, you can login as many times as you want, you get stuck in a loop, cant select a server, we cannot use this. To Developer responder, please stop telling people to reinstall and delete cookies/cache and go on a 'try to fix it' crusade across their perfectly working computers, you need to work this code related bug out and stop sending people on wild goose-chases. This is a broken add-on and after we have all tried everything we can on our end, YOU need to step up after taking our money and take responsibility with at minimum an apology that thousands of users right now are unable to use your service after paying for it.
The finger is being pointed at YOU now, stop deflecting people with text-book excuses, and fix it. This fault is on YOUR end. YOU need to contact whoever has developed this addon and get them to work out the flaw.
You want to keep earning our money? GET TO WORK. The one star ratings are pouring in as you continue to avoid this issue, and you will no doubt start hemorrhaging customers.
If you want to earn our trust back before it's too late, now is the time for you to wake up!
Contacting support teams, re-installing Windows, clearing cache, fresh reinstalls etc etc, you are wasting our time, our systems are flawless, your Addon broke two weeks ago and the reports are piling in on your desk, do not ignore them.
Start taking these reviews seriously and knock off the "Its your fault, now jump through some hoops" responses. Taking on the noble quest of getting in touch with the lead coder to go on a fixing journey is not our job or responsibility, we have busy lives to run and bills to pay, YOU need to inform your superiors, YOU need to take responsibility, YOU need to fix this. Have i used enough 'You' 's ?
INFORM YOUR SUPERIOR. 2 weeks of total breakdown is not acceptable for a service that claims:
Uptime: NordVPN offers a 99.9 % uptime guarantee.
You have broken your garauntee. Yes your servers are probably "up", but anybody using this add-on has not been able to connect to them for 2 weeks.
Edit: The response below seems to imply you didnt bother to read this complaint. Well i cant be bothered to use your service any further, you have lost this customer. Fix your addon, and stop wasting our time blaming the customer.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Eric Duhamel, 2 days agoVery useful and a good addition to the desktop application.
Easy to use and pleasant interface.
However, whatever the setting, it doesn't work in China, even when following all the instructions before going there and whilst there. Hence, 4 stars only.Developer response
posted 20 hours agoHello there. We're happy to hear that your experience with us was mostly positive. Thank you for your feedback! When it comes to connecting in such restricted regions as China, we would suggest to set up this type of connection instead: support.nord-help.net/1047408742. If the matter persists afterwards, please contact us at support.nord-help.net and troubleshoot the issue further. We'd be glad to help! G.M. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15254744, 4 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by apredator, 25 days agoI use Firefox simply to be able to use easy NordVPN. I only buy yearly subs when on sale to save money. I use NordVPN to access Japan based websites that want a JP IP address. Works well, and I enjoy it.

Your support means a lot! -G.S.- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19778678, a month agoThe "Access your data for all websites" is set as optional, but you can't use the addon without giving them full access to my data across all website? Shoddy practice. Be mindful of this guys.

posted a month agoHello there. We understand your concerns! Please note that this permission is required due to the way the browser operates, and we have no control over it. We are still compliant with our no-logs policy and from our side, no permissions have been changed, so no data is collected and is fully protected. Apologies for the caused confusion. If you'd have any further concerns do not hesitate to contact us at support.nordvpn.com. G.M. - Rated 5 out of 5by Jeff, a month ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Bo Jonk, a month agoThe add-on slows down my browser enormously. When it's on, it takes 10 seconds for the page to load, without it, not a second. It wasn't like this before. I had tried everything and reset Firefox, but it turns out that the NordVPN add-on slows everything down. So no recommendation from me. With my regular Nord app/subscription, I have no problems.
