The add-on already handles most of the new techniques YouTube is using, so it's great to hear it's working well for you.

Regarding your feature request, we're currently testing version 0.5.0. In addition to including additional protections against YouTube's recent changes, it also adds the feature you requested: a new "Stop Video Pause" feature that automatically dismisses the "Still watching?" and "Video paused.
