This software is buggy. It takes several steps to generate a pdf. More often than not, it locks up, thinks that I am not human and refuses to print anything. This application requires a lot of technical fixes behind the scenes, and it needs a simpler, ONE STEP interface, not going through multiple screens to print a BNI podcast. Downloading the app did not help. The pages that show up are cluttered, and not as cleaned as they claim.
