Scrolling Instagram Reels in Firefox slowly kills your sound.

Instagram opens a new audio stream for every Reel you scroll past and never closes them. They pile up as idle streams until Firefox can't open new ones — and your audio stops working until you restart the browser. It's a real, long-standing bug in Firefox's audio engine (Mozilla bugs 1602345 and 1851747) and it affects every Firefox-based browser.

Reel Audio Fixer bounds the leak. As you scroll, it keeps the last few Reels behind you alive and releases the audio streams of older ones, so the number of open streams stops climbing without limit. Your sound keeps working no matter how long you scroll.

• Works silently in the background — no setup, no configuration.
• Never touches the Reel you're watching or Reels ahead, so playback and forward scrolling are never interrupted.
• Keeps a 5-Reel buffer, so you can scroll back the most recent 5 Reels.

Trade-off: if you scroll back more than 5 Reels, the older ones appear grayed out. You need to reload the page to see them.
