by Firefox user 14600429, 7 years agoI uninstalled it because after i started using it, firefox slowed to a crawl and kept crashing. Now even after I uninstalled it ,It keeps popping up and asking for my master password and wont accept it. I hate to give up and quit using firefox, but it looks like everything on here is the same: It's some of the coolest ideas I have ever heard and looks great. Then works good a couple of days then one problem after another and no support. I think firefox is here before its time. Maybe there needs to be better technology before a person can use it. Literally everything i try on here doesnt work. The Gmail checker works good and thats about it.Maybe it's my computer? Maybe it's me? all I know for sure is it's more trouble than its worth to me at this point, so i will go dig through my computer files for a few hours and hope like hell whatever this thing left behind is marked Roboform or my computer is ruined.

- Rated 5 out of 5by KevinZ, 8 days agoI chose Roboform maybe a couple of decades ago when I held a senior staff position in IT which had the word "security" (among others) in my job description, and I have not been disappointed. It seems well structured from a security standpoint; I could be blind, but I'm not seeing the catastrophic compromises other respected products fall prey too. I'm never fighting it - seeming inconveniences appear to have security in the background. Roboform has numerous nice features like tending to hide the password fills from screen captures, and it is good at adapting to the various security contortions introduced in qualifications across multiple platforms, IMO not an easy feat. Highly recommended.

- Rated 1 out of 5by zwovi, 2 months agoOne thing that's overlooked in this add-on's presentation is that an account needs to be created. I fail to see why this is sensible just to generate OATH/ TOTP. On the contrary, I see it as an unnecessary security risk and a needless disclosure of personal data.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Neil, 5 months agoI've been using Roboform for years, and on the whole I like it - but the Firefox extension is SOOOO SLOOOW, it takes a good 10-15 seconds for the toolbar menu to open and populate (it is instant in Chrome). It happens on multiple PCs and reinstalling Firefox doesn't help. Please fix.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19509674, 6 months agoTwo windows 11 pro pc units, cannot add extension to toolbar in firefox. Multiple tickets that can't be fixed from the lack of support. They hold your sign in credentials hostage and or may delete them at anytime. Multiple issues with security such as having to make sure it doesn't stay signed in indefinitely. You better keep multiple copies of your sign in information or you will be having to redo constantly.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Veter, 7 months agoAwful premium support. I have a lagging roboform addon on my installation. The "premium" support without any measurements or logging rejects to help me. Without any reason and checking they say the problem in firefox, not addon. They reject to make any logs or debugs or anything else.
