Remote Tab Opener Manager 8.6.0

This release strengthens security and improves the target-domain authorization flow.

Added a clearer, persistent authorization panel when RTO needs access to a target domain that has not yet been approved.
Target-domain authorization can now be triggered automatically during normal RTO operations, without requiring extra setup in the controller page.
Authorization decisions require a genuine user action and remain bound to the correct controller tab.
RTO now revalidates the current target URL before privileged actions, preventing a controlled tab that redirects to an unauthorized domain from keeping access.
Public website APIs are more strictly separated from internal allowlist administration functions.
Improved consistency across detection, DOM control and flow commands.
Additional stability and compatibility fixes.

No new browser permissions are introduced in this release.
