SecureHive Shadow AI 1.0.1 adds production-ready AI governance and Data Loss Prevention capabilities.

What’s new:

• Detects visits to known and organization-defined AI services.
• Applies centrally managed MONITOR, WARN, BLOCK, and REDACT policies.
• Locally detects sensitive-data patterns in supported AI prompt fields, including Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, API keys, access tokens, email addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses.
• Prevents submission when the organization’s DLP policy requires blocking.
• Allows detected sensitive information to be removed before sending when permitted by policy.
• Adds enterprise endpoint enrollment and signed-policy synchronization.
• Improves enrollment status reporting for pending, active, suspended, and revoked endpoints.
• Adds configurable API endpoint, console URL, organization ID, and webhook secret fields.
• Shows the installed extension version in the popup, Settings, and Firefox extension management interface.

Privacy and data protection:

DLP inspection occurs locally in the browser. Raw prompts, request bodies, and matched sensitive values are not stored or transmitted to SecureHive. Only sanitized finding metadata—such as category, severity, AI-tool host, enforcement outcome, timestamp, and device identifier—may be reported to the organization’s configured SecureHive environment.

Version 0.1.1 improves Firefox compatibility and installation packaging. It also updates the Firefox manifest metadata and preserves support for Shadow AI detection, policy enforcement, telemetry reporting, and sensitive-data warnings.
