Import Mode
Browse any job listing and click the extension icon. Shortlisted automatically detects the role, company, and description from the page. One click to import it into your dashboard. Works on most major applicant tracking systems and job boards. Pro users get instant CV and cover letter generation on import.

Application Mode
When you're on an application form for a job you've already imported, the extension switches to apply mode. It detects upload fields and lets you fill them with your tailored CV and cover letter PDFs directly — no downloading and re-uploading.

How it works:

2. Install this extension — it picks up your session automatically
3. Browse job listings on any supported platform
4. Click the extension to import the job

6. Return to the application form and use the extension to fill it
