by unrealbanter, 3 years agoThe surface level of this plugin doesn't even begin to explain its functionality. This takes features we know from Opera, Safari, Edge, and just spices them all up. Tab management is THE biggest reason I choose a browser. However, once I saw this plugin I said screw Opera and Safari. This solution is seriously perfect, and browsers should pay this man for the functionality is were up to me.
It does SO much and it's like they almost thought of everything. They probably have within the bounds of a plugin I'm sure.
Only feature request? Somehow HIDE the original tab bar entirely. I wish FF came with that functionality already, and they should considering all the tab management solutions, frankly.

LOVE the colours by domain. LOVE the parent-child indentation. LOVE the auto backups. Just so good. Wish there was a straight forward way to donate to the project instead of having to learn about and use crypto!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Tim, 2 months agoThis extension has become a must in my workflow! I love being able to group my tabs and have quick access. When I don't want to be distracted by a topic, I simply collapse the group and the clutter goes away. It also helps with Firefox's memory management by unloading tabs in the collapsed groups.
I had an issue with Zen browser and Sideberry where all the tabs disappeared. That was 6 months ago and I believe it was more related to Zen than the extension. Since using Sideberry with Firefox directly, I've managed to keep all my tabs. I also like the automatic backup feature!

Переоткрытие некоторых сайтов в новый таб с настроенным контейнером - вообще огонь!
К дереву вложенности вкладок быстро привыкаешь, особенно когда долго ищешь, а так всё наглядно получается.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13467958, 3 months agoThoughtful extension with one major flaw. After using Sidebery for about a year, I would say it is really quite helpful in my daily workflow. Standout features include clicking on the current tab to switch to the next–most recent tab, tab panels for better organization, and a huge list of settings to customize its look and behavior.
The one major flaw is that in every panel except my main one, the tabs occasionally get shifted to the last panel with their order reversed. This is quite frustrating and partially defeats the purpose of having multiple panels. This occurs randomly every few weeks. - Rated 5 out of 5by Gerry, 3 months agoTree style tabs convert. It works great, and the amount of customization available in the settings is insane. This extension is very impressive.
