    New: Right-click the toolbar icon to enable a 10-minute recurring timer. When active, a 10-second 10 Hz tone plays automatically every 10 minutes to keep your monitors awake hands-free.
    The toolbar icon turns green when the timer is active, so you always know its status.
    Click still works the same — a quick 1-second pulse.
    Removed the "activeTab" permission. Added "menus" permission (only used for the right-click menu on the toolbar icon).
