TabPurger automatically detects and closes duplicate browser tabs, freeing up memory and keeping your tab bar clean.

How it works:
Click the toolbar icon to open the popup panel. You'll see how many duplicate tabs exist. Hit "Purge Now" to close them instantly. Enable auto-purge mode to let TabPurger handle duplicates automatically as they open.
Right-click the icon and select "Options" for full settings, documentation, changelog, and source code access.
No data collection. No telemetry. Fully offline. Open source.

Every DOM operation uses createElement and textContent for AMO compliance (zero innerHTML).
