TOL Scribe EMR Filler helps clinicians move a prescription draft from TOL Scribe into supported EMR prescription forms with fewer manual steps.

Current pilot scope:
- Supports Juno OSCAR Rx pages
- Reads a structured TOL Scribe payload from the clipboard or pasted JSON
- Fills draft prescription fields such as instructions, quantity, repeats, and note fields
- Lets the clinician keep final review and final signing inside the EMR

What it does not do:
- Does not scrape patient charts for diagnosis or medication history
- Does not auto-sign prescriptions
- Does not auto-send prescriptions
- Does not transmit prescription payloads to a remote server

The extension is intended as a clinician workflow aid for faster manual order entry, not an autonomous prescribing tool.
