Video Deownloadhelper is by far the best Firefox add on I have used. It works with almost any video you will want to download, and the developers are really good about keeping it up to date. If you find a video it won't work with, check for an update, that will usually do the trick.

Excellent streaming downloader! Slight learning curve at the very beginning, but after that it is smooth sailing.
