Great tool! Really handy to obtain videos from difficult sites. It has one problem though: on version 7.3.7 sometimes, if the download of a video fails, the file is created and incomplete and it is a locked file that cannot be used normally (the system hangs up on any attempt to open, move, rename, or delete). Please revew this part. Everything else is fine; really happy using this addon

Leider funktioniert der Downloadhelper fast gar nicht mehr. Ich wünsche mir ein auf die neueste Version von Firefox aktualisiertes Unplug.

This extension is the worst piece of s**t I've ever seen. I made an account and signed into it just to make this review. Not only does it NOT WORK, but it requires this massive privacy-invading add-on that's 40 MB and is mandatory to use it. Then, once you have that downloaded, it fails to recognize any video, and in the 1 in 20 chance it does, takes forever to download it, assuming it actually downloads it correctly. All these 4 and 5 star reviews are COMPLETE LIES! This extension is utter dogs**t! I wrote this review just to warn people not to use this crap. Not to waste their time on it, and not to download that massive bulls**t "companion" add-on that's required. I've never hated a free browser extension more than I hate this utter trash that has wasted countless minutes of my life.

Not sure why but when I tried to download a video from facebook it used 100% of my CPU, and I have an intel core i9 9900k, not sure why it needed so much power.
