Consistently and for a long time now, Video Download Helper as a Firefox add-on has been the best way to download high quality videos from youtube. I don't do much of this, but it has been THE go to add-on, and I've sought out other solutions, yielding the highest quality video downloadable from youtube. Five stars and highly recommended.
