Reliable and generally works as expected. Occasionally loses sound or video. This is most likely an issue with protection on the video's website. Regularly updated

• It has *never* crashed.
• Converts from almost any format to one you like, with consistent results.
• The need for a support call never arose but the developers seem to be pretty decent folk.

If you can't decide which video download tool to use, you can't go wrong with this one.

This add-on has worked on almost all the videos I have tried to download through it. The videos come out perfect and I highly recommend getting this.

Have had no problems with recognizing and downloading media from a number of sites. Works well with downloading YouTube videos I need to watch offline.

2025 - Still works well. Visually new interface is much better. Picks up file names with having to copy and paste.

Just do not download some videos from websites that are trying to block the maximum downloads, but with the additional app can download almost all same.
