The downloaded video, once I located the bloody thing, had a big QR code inserted in the frame for the entire length of the video. Want to get rid of it, pay for the app. Not what I signed up for thanks

I've been using DownloadHelper for YEARS! By far the BEST and most reliable addon to date! They do a great job at keeping it updated. It picks up more than just youtube videos. it's really easy to use too! Honestly, if you're looking for a downloader, this is the one to look get.

Video Download Helper is a great addition to your browser tools. It has the ability to both detect, download and convert most web site video. I have used it successfully with Youtube, Dailymotion, Sockshare and Fmovies. While the downloader seems to be limited to the speed of your browser, it is a great tool to have when any of the others fail to recognize the video or function properly. Cheers!

I have been using vdlh for many years, ever since I encountered Firefox. It is about the only one I can get to work reliably, since I'm a fossil, without any kind of a computer background. About my only complaint is having to figure out the new procedures every time there is a major upgrade! I love the ability to get all my videos dl'd in the same format! Thanks.

I downgraded to Firefox 56. The new Firefox Quantum is a bag of sh*t anyways, and installed previous version of the plugin. All good.....so far.
