- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18562279, 2 years agothis app in free version adds a very big "watermark". Without payment it is useless
- Rated 1 out of 5by DxG6767, 2 years agoWould have been nice to know before installing that there is a watermark in the corner. Just to let you people know that there are better ways of downloading YT videos and having them be mp3 or some other format, namely YTDL or (one that is not command line)YTDLG.
Or if you are crafty enough you can even download straight from the inspect element menu. - Rated 1 out of 5by Stephen Reimer, 2 years agoMisleading. Uses coapp to unnecessarily watermark the video.
Does not offer unconverted audio option - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18560977, 2 years agoLet me download the first few videos from various sources with no issues. Prompted me to download companion software for the fourth video I tried downloading. Had I downloaded the companion software, I assume I would have run into the "QR code" that other reviewers are complaining about. Don't waste your time.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18560296, 2 years agoIt is not free anymore.
It downloads the video, but add an ugly QR code on the capture, for you to buy an extension. Shame - Rated 1 out of 5by wk, 2 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by nefertari817, 2 years agoWhile this does work, they make you download a separate application that allows you to actually download the videos and then asks you to pay 30 dollars for a "conversion license". There are other options available.
- Rated 1 out of 5by FlyingRaccoon, 2 years agoThe QR Code for some video downloads turns this in one of the worst add-ons available. Either be upfront and charge for the add-on, or make it as an optional donation. This "fake request" for support is cowardly and makes me opt to not use it and not recommend it.

ライセンス購入済みですがもうこのアドオンは使わないで外部ツールでダウンロードしています。 - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16158932, 2 years agowhat a terrible piece of software. I downloaded a video and once the download was complete, it said that there would be a QR code watermark asking me to purchase. That QR code that covers 1/4th of the video!!! I am not saying that this extension should be free, but man, when it says nothing about such things before download - I just wasted 5 Gigs of my bandwidth. Such kind of sofware that tries to trick you is the worst!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18243626, 2 years agoALL downloads place an enormous QR code watermark over the downloaded file in all cases, even in the cases of files you can easily extract or download yourself. The extension has pivoted to full cashgrab and I imagine will vanish or break when that cash flow dries up in a year or so, and is not worth purchasing. Consider alternatives like this yt-dlp (first result on github if you google it) as an alternative to paying for this terrible software.
- Rated 1 out of 5by RickSanchez, 2 years agoHuge fucking watermark on every video, and begs you for 28$ to remove it. This extension is spam.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Phoenix, 2 years agoThis add-on is UTTERLY USELESS UNTIL YOU PAY THEM. It puts a HUGE WATERMARK on the video in every video created by the 'UNLICENSED' version. If it would put a transparent unobtrusive watermark throughout the entire video or they put a smaller unobtrusive watermark, I would have no problem. But they put such a huge watermark that the video is become useless to watch. I today download a tutorial video from YouTube but this video downloader made it TOTALLY USELESS. If they mention this in the 'About this extension' section in this page, I might not add it in my browser but I would not report and write this review either. I don't know if this extension / developer violated Mozilla's Terms & Conditions but if I would in their review team, I would certainly remove it from the 'Extensions' page. In an era of 'FREE SOFTWARE' movement, THIS ADD-ON IS A BLACK SPOT ON THAT MOVEMENT AND ALSO ON MOZILLA ETHICS.
