vdh has been making valuable improvements to this add-on all while overcoming wave after wave of changes on various media platforms putting the media files out of reach. Time and time again, vdh prevails!
There's plenty to endorse about the functionality of this add-on, but ease of operation rates highly for me and I enjoy being about to collect files without much fuss.

Since the latest updates, my rating has dropped from 5 stars to 2.
You are now shown so many videos and variations—presumably pulled from the cache—that you have to painstakingly sift through them based solely on their duration to figure out which one you actually want to download, as they all share the exact same filename.
In previous versions—and for years prior—you could simply select fast the video directly from the currently active tab.
