No longer works on YouTube.

Nearly all videos can be downloaded with this extension. Only big sites like youtube or bilibili have defenses against this. Anyway it still helped me a lot. Worth a 5

Es war mal ein gutes und nützliches Add-on. Jetzt kann es leider nichts mehr außer meine Zeit zu verschwenden. Wenn ich etwas downloaden will erscheint ein Tab, der mich darauf hinweist, das eine Begleitanwendung installiert werden muß. The addon require companion software to be installed while other addons are perfectly capable of downloading directly. How can we make sure the companion software is not compromised.

Close to perfect. My only complaint is that sometimes it causes Firefox to freeze when closing a tab.

At first I thought that having to install a separate application to accompany the extension was annoying, but for something that works well across many sites, doesn't appear to have ads, doesn't inject watermarks into the downloaded videos, and only occasionally asked for donations, I am quite happy with this.
