I subscribe to a financial newsletter with a lot of video presentations that are not record-able by other means. So much information and analysis is presented that I like to keep them for review and future reference. DownloadHelper makes that possible.

For the most part it works pretty well. Sometimes instead of downloading the video file, it just saves a 40kb file that's pretty useless. I've been using it for years though, and I'm satisfied with it!

Bad video compression and worst of all: A big-ass QR-code in the corner of the screen unless you pay up. Could have been upfront about it, I would not have wasted my time.
