About this extension
yafce (Yet Another Claude Extension) adds two small, in-page features to claude.ai:
• Theme toggle — an icon-only button next to the incognito button in Claude's top-right toolbar, flipping between light and dark. It does exactly what Claude's own settings toggle does: updates the data-mode attribute, the CH-prefers-color-scheme cookie, and the LSS-userThemeMode localStorage entry — nothing more. The choice survives reloads and syncs across tabs.
• Usage indicator — a small row beneath the message composer that shows your current 5-hour session usage and 7-day weekly usage, plus when each resets. It
mounts into the empty slot Claude already reserves inside the composer, so it doesn't add vertical
padding. Refreshes automatically after you send a message, or on click. Both features live inside Claude's own page — there is no toolbar popup.
Data source: the extension calls Claude's own /api/organizations/<id>/usage endpoint with your existing session cookies (same calls Claude's UI itself makes) and also passively mirrors usage responses it sees pass by. All captured values are stored in browser.storage.local. Nothing is sent to any third party.
