Tiện ích MegaCreative Policy Checker tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn và hoạt động theo
mô hình BYOK (Bring Your Own Key — bạn tự nhập API key).

API key của bạn: Bạn tự nhập Gemini API key trong phần Cài đặt.
Key được lưu cục bộ trong trình duyệt của bạn (chrome.storage), chỉ dùng để gọi API.
Key được gửi TRỰC TIẾP tới Google (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) để phân tích —
không đi qua, không được lưu trên bất kỳ máy chủ nào của chúng tôi. Bạn có thể xoá key
bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt.

Dữ liệu được gửi đi: Khi bạn bấm "Kiểm tra" / "Check policy", tiện ích gửi URL video
YouTube (và tiêu đề video lấy từ trang) trực tiếp tới Google Gemini kèm key của bạn để
tạo báo cáo. Khi đổi ngôn ngữ báo cáo, văn bản báo cáo được gửi tới Google (Gemma) để dịch.

Dữ liệu KHÔNG thu thập: Tiện ích không thu thập, lưu trữ hay bán thông tin cá nhân
(họ tên, email, lịch sử duyệt web, định danh thiết bị). API key do bạn cung cấp chỉ lưu
cục bộ trong trình duyệt và chỉ gửi tới Google khi gọi API — không bao giờ gửi/lưu trên
máy chủ của nhà phát triển. Không theo dõi (tracking), không quảng cáo, không cookie phân tích.

Lưu cục bộ: Kết quả phân tích gần nhất và lựa chọn ngôn ngữ được lưu trong trình duyệt của
bạn để tiện hiển thị lại; dữ liệu này không rời khỏi máy bạn (ngoài lời gọi API tới Google).

Quyền sử dụng: Tiện ích dùng các quyền tối thiểu — storage (lưu key + cài đặt cục bộ),
truy cập trang YouTube (hiện nút kiểm tra, đọc URL/tiêu đề video) và
generativelanguage.googleapis.com (gọi Google Gemini bằng key của bạn).

Bên thứ ba: Việc phân tích do Google Gemini thực hiện và tuân theo Chính sách bảo mật
của Google. Tiện ích không có máy chủ trung gian trong luồng phân tích mặc định (serverless).

The MegaCreative Policy Checker extension respects your privacy and follows a BYOK
(Bring Your Own Key) model.

Your API key: You enter your own Gemini API key in Settings.
Keys are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage) and used only to call the APIs.
Your key is sent DIRECTLY to Google (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) for analysis —
it does not pass through, and is never stored on, any of our servers. You can delete
your keys at any time in Settings.

Data sent: When you click "Check policy", the extension sends the YouTube video URL
(and the video title read from the page) directly to Google Gemini with your key to
generate the report. When you switch the report language, the report text is sent to Google
(Gemma) for translation.

Data NOT collected: The extension does not collect, store, or sell personal
information (name, email, browsing history, device identifiers). API keys that you provide
are stored locally in your browser and sent only to Google when calling the API — they are
never sent to or stored on any developer server. No tracking, no ads, no analytics cookies.

Local storage: Your most recent analysis result and language choice are stored in your
browser for convenience; this data never leaves your device (apart from the API calls to
Google).

Permissions: Minimal permissions only — storage (save your keys + settings locally),
access to YouTube pages (show the check button, read the video URL/title) and
generativelanguage.googleapis.com (call Google Gemini with your key).

Third parties: Analysis is performed by Google Gemini and is subject to Google's
Privacy Policy. The extension has no intermediary server in the default (serverless) flow.
