Phasing issues even with default settings. It sounds like a flanger/delay effect on the audio.

It literally has no effect whatsoever, it is literally nothing.

Sounds like it's doubling the audio.

The button doesn't even show-up on my toolbar and I don't see it listed when I choose customize. How do I get it to appear?
