All of the Proton VPN servers use static IP addresses, which means that the same IP address is shared between all users connected to the server, and the IP address is the same all the time for that particular server, unless the server itself is changed. However, this does not apply to the free and Secure Core servers, which are selected from a pool of servers in order to balance out the load.
