Ive had no problems with this extension on other browsers like chrome and opera, but it simply refuses to work on firefox. It just keep trying to load for eternity without anything happening. The only other security/privacy add-on I have is UBO and my browser is up to date.

That doesn't sound right. What OS are you experiencing this issue on? What type of internet connection are you using? Do you have any antivirus or firewall software installed?
