Safe Select by jjenkx

Safe Select lets you highlight, select, and copy text without accidental navigation getting in the way. Click the toolbar button to temporarily disable links, delegated click targets, form navigation, and common click-driven redirects on the current tab. The extension does nothing until you activate it, stores no per-site state, affects only the current live page instance, and automatically resets when the page is refreshed or you navigate away.

Warning:
Safe Select stays active for the current page instance until the page is refreshed or you leave the page. Use it only on pages you are okay refreshing, since refresh is the way to return that page to normal.
