PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Filtering happens locally in Firefox. SlopMute does not require an account, collect analytics, or transmit your YouTube browsing activity.

SlopMute evaluates visible YouTube information such as titles, channel information, labels, and content patterns. It does not inspect video frames, audio, or transcripts.

A small rules document is downloaded periodically from slopmute.com. It contains filtering phrases and weights only.. never executable code or personal information.

SlopMute filters organic YouTube content and is not an advertisement blocker.
