It is very simple to use, allows you to block apps and websites across PC, mobile and web (or separate from each other, if you so wish), keeps track of how much time you spend on each one of them and categorizes it depending on its use, and if I ever actually need to pause the filter for a minute (whether its because my impulsivity won the battle or because I actually do need to access something that I have blocked) its at the same time quite simple to do it so my brain does not feel the urge to uninstall it and also just complex enough so I don't feel like disabling it every time (even though all you have to do is to find the filter bothering you and disable it by entering your PIN).
You can set filters to block a list of apps, websites or categories (which are predefined or custom lists of apps and websites that are useful to track time spent overtime) and decide whether you want to block them permanently, on a schedule (where you can define the time of day and days of the week that the filter is enabled), set a daily usage limit (i.e., instead of blocking Instagram or YouTube outright, you can set a 30 minute daily usage limit) or you can even enable a variable session limit, where instead of having a set amount of time that you can use an app, instead you state how long you intend on using the app when you open it and once you hit that amount of time it closes the app. And you can mix and match the filters as you wish and decide if you want them enable on all devices or only in specific ones (assuming you have an account and are logged in on all of them).
It really is an amazing tool that feels simple to setup and configure, has all of the functionalities and more that I could ask for and its invisible the majority of time, so I'm not constantly reminded of it or worrying about it. - Rated 5 out of 5by Dr-Complex, 11 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Graxus, 6 months agoI struggled so long with digital addiction, doom scrolling for hours, wasting my life. I tried a lot of different apps and ways to control my issues, but none of them stuck for long. This app is the first one that I have kept and has truly helped me break by bad habits. I have recommended it to friends and family struggling with the same modern age drug that is digital media, and I will recommend it to anyone reading this as well!
