by Firefox user 18294737, 2 months agoMy measure of the effectiveness of Surfshark is how full my bypass list becomes. Sites that effectively have determined that a VPN is in effect. My bypass list is FULL - I would add more if the list allowed it. Nowadays the sites that reject the VPN connection simply do not load until I turn the VPN off (~50%) or add to the bypass list.

Some websites actively block VPN IP addresses, and switching to a different server in the Surfshark app or extension can often help reduce how many sites need to be added to Bypasser.
